Vice President of Finance, Kadence

• Scale-up pedigree: led finance at a SaaS startup in the $5-20 M ARR range (Series A/B)
• FP&A mastery: fluent in SaaS metrics and scenario modeling. Experience with pricing strategy and capital allocation
• Operator’s mindset: happy rolling up sleeves today while architecting an 18-month roadmap
• Team builder: proven ability to hire, coach, and level-up high-performers in finance & FP&A
• Systems thinker: experience migrating to/optimizing modern finance stacks. Set up and improve finance systems (e.g., Xero, approvals, banking workflows)
• Raise-ready: comfortable running point on diligence, data rooms, and investor Q&A
• Compliance: maintaining Kadence’s ability to robustly serve customers and partners around world
• Clear communicator: turns numbers into narrative for non-finance execs and board members
• Values fit: bias for action, low-ego collaborator, fanatical about stewardship of momentum
