Role
Who you are
- You have >10 years experience in Telco-related environment, either at a vendor or operator set up and preferably commercial experience in a B2B role
- You have a technical background backed by a degree in Informatics, Computer Science or Telecommunications Engineering paired with a good business understanding
- Up-to-date understanding of the IoT connectivity management market and customer needs
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills for dealing with different types of clients and partners
- Excellent communication and presentation skills for CxO-Level
- You have project/team management experience in an agile development context
- Excellent communication skills in English (fluently) are mandatory for this position
What the job involves
- Help us to build long lasting customer relationships
- As Senior Technology Account Manager for our IoT business platform you are the key 1NCE representative and point of contact towards our MNO Platform customers
- Your responsibilities encompass the complete lifecycle of each of the solutions in the relevant customer accounts:
- Lead generation, establishing Contact/ Interest of Potential Customers and strategically developing accounts
- Pitching 1NCE Portfolio to C-level and senior management stakeholders in the customer organization
- Coordinating Solution and Commercial Management teams to scope target solution, business case and resulting draft offer
- Driving presentation of the above to internal Go/ No-Go gates
- Coordinating the contract and final offer preparation
- Removing internal and external blockers for the cross-functional Solution Team in either Business Development or Delivery Phases
- Managing Change Requests with an impact to overall business case
- You maintain relationships with customers and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders
- You embrace program and business leadership and compliance, ensuring that proven processes are followed with the support of a dedicated solution team
- You contribute to our Platform strategy and determine how the business and the commercial model gets established with our customer
- You have a collaborative, constructive style, the ability to lead cross-functionally and coach more junior team members
- Occasional travel to customers is expected with up to 20% of working time
