Senior Associate Investment Manager, LIQUiDITY Group

• Proven experience in financial due diligence, with a solid base of 3-4 years in financial institutions, venture debt funds, or the big four consulting firms analyzing tech companies (required)
• Profound analytical skills focused on financial reports and large data sets
• CPA or CFA certification
• B.A in Accounting (preferable), Economics, Finance, or MBA
• High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Driven, ambitious, and are able to perform in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Enthusiastic and passionate with immaculate communication and interpersonal skills
• A confident team player, with the ability to work independently
• Interested in and have an understanding of the growth-stage tech landscape

Desirable

• Collect and analyze tech companies’ financial and operational data
• Perform due diligence procedures using an in-house AI-based underwriting platform allowing for fast-paced analysis
• Interview founders and senior management
• Structure deals and negotiate for potential transactions
• Craft investment reports and present them to investment committees
• Monitor portfolio companies on an ongoing basis
