Role
Who you are
- 15+ years’ experience in GTM or GTM management focusing on business-to-business solution sales, with depth of experience in GTM operations or business planning
- Bachelor's degree, MBA or equivalent preferred
- 6+ years’ experience in health tech preferred; also open to best-in-class GTM leaders out of other industries
- 6+ years’ experience in a management or financial consulting role
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity and highly complex data sets to drive insights and highly effective decision support
- Strong communications and influencing skills; able to manage up or down in the organization
- Strong aptitude and experience using Salesforce to measure and drive performance and reporting
- Demonstrated experience building to support scale
- Experience successfully managing analytically rigorous corporate initiatives
- Experience managing and growing high achieving teams
- Ability to scale GTM operations function in a fast-paced, growing environment
- The ideal candidate will possess the stature, gravitas, intellect, business acumen, vision, and judgment to contribute broadly across the organization with the ability to work across multiple internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
What the job involves
- Drive Strategic Decision Making – Design and build rigor into processes, systems, and tools to deliver the analytics needed to drive overall growth. Become the “single source of truth” as it relates to GTM metrics for the company.
- Performance Management - Design processes, systems, and productivity metrics to ensure our teams are hitting their performance targets. Incorporate early detection and identification into the process to ensure timely/corrective actions are taken.
- Forecast & Reporting - Manage forecasting process and effectiveness. Deliver insightful and action-oriented variance reporting.
- Pipeline Management - Drive overall effectiveness of pipeline management in partnership with Marketing. Own pipeline process (e.g., methodology, metrics, review cadence, tools) and measure and report on effectiveness.
- Annual Planning - Drive analysis to support annual business planning and long term growth strategy for the company. Partner with Finance to drive the annual planning process to set next-year target and allocation of quota across teams, segments, markets, and territories. In partnership with Growth leadership, drive territory alignment and headcount/coverage. Partner with Growth Team and company leadership on setting overall Growth Team budgets and provide necessary analytics and reporting to support account plans. Support new revenue and distribution models. Own the staffing/capacity models and drive overall productivity.
- Expansions and Renewals - Support Client Success with expansion and renewals - strategy, execution, and pricing. Provide necessary analytics and reporting to support account plans and drive process and review cycles.
- Pricing - Provide pricing and rates for facilities and professionals.
- Compensation - Design and manage effective compensation strategy, partnering with People Ops and Finance. Facilitate annual sales compensation cycle - process, analysis and governance and manage compensation tools/systems.
- Systems/Tools - Create visualizations for executive leadership/board. Drive scalable and repeatable initiatives and system effectiveness. Partner with Engineering/Finance/People Ops to manage overall budget, relationships, renewals, add-ons for Salesforce and other related GTM tools.
Our take
CareRev enables hospitals and other care facilities to access a pool of healthcare staff. The platform allows clients to post shifts to its internal resource pool, which can then be broadcasted to CareRev’s very own pool of professionals.
Staff can choose to take on shifts that suit their needs and schedule via an app on their phone, eliminating the need for a traditional agency. Unlike other healthcare labor marketplace platforms, CareRev offers health systems the technology to create their own hybrid marketplaces in which internal employees are given the option to claim shifts before they’re broadcasted externally.
As with any marketplace business, the ongoing challenge for CareRev will be balancing fluctuating healthcare demand with high-quality staff. Its had success so far though, and has bolstered its appeal with its AI-powered "Smart Rates" product, that helps users fill positions even more effectively than before.
