Sales Manager - European Lead, Flux Outdoor

• 3+ yrs experience in an OOH or programmatic sales capacity and a thorough understanding of OOH advertising ecosystem
• Excellent listening and communication skills
• Confident and articulate presentation skills
• Proven ability to drive sales from lead generation through to close
• A commitment to self-improvement through workshops, conferences and personal development

• Maintaining and nurturing excellent relationships with current channel partners
• Effectively communicating creative ideas for brands to use outdoor advertising more effectively through the use of data
• Creating new business opportunities through conferences and networking events
• Maintaining a strong pipeline of campaign opportunities
• Identifying further opportunities for growth within existing customer relationships
• Engaging and learning from all members of the Flux team to gain a full understanding of the capabilities
