What the job involves

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Western Region, you’ll gain hands-on experience developing sales expertise, deepening product knowledge, and directly contributing to our company’s success
Working closely with Account Executives, you’ll play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new revenue opportunities within your assigned territory
Identify & Qualify Opportunities – Prospect and develop new business opportunities within the enterprise market
Engage & Nurture Prospects – Research and build targeted account lists, initiate outreach (cold calling, emails, networking), and foster meaningful connections
Understand Customer Needs – Build relationships with prospects to uncover their challenges, goals, and pain points
Drive Sales Pipeline Growth – Work closely with Account Executives to schedule meetings with qualified leads
Exceed Targets – Consistently meet and surpass monthly and quarterly goals
