Role
Who you are
- You’ll have a track record of leading highly successful products within a product-centric company
- You’ve successfully mentored and developed a minimum of 3+ Product Managers
- An understanding of AML/Compliance is desirable, but not essential for this role

- This is a vital role within the product discipline
- Our product managers sit at the heart of our organisation and with the help of multiple inputs help define what we build and why

- Ensure we understand and are addressing our key customer needs in the Name Screening space
- Be responsible for the strategy, vision and success of our Name Screening product
- Mentor and manage the PMs in both London and Cluj, Romania who work within the Name Screening space
- Identify new product opportunities in this space
- Report to the VP Product, management team (and potentially at board-level) on key performance metrics and strategy
- Input into Product Marketing for this product

- Onboarding & Monitoring is one of our core products
- It enables our customers to assess risk when onboarding their customers by validating customer data against Sanction, Politically Exposed People (PEPs), Watchlist and Adverse Media data
- Understanding this risk is critical to ensuring our clients onboard the right people
