Accounting Manager, Rialtic

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA required
• Experience: 7–10 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3+ years in a leadership or controller role
• Experience in a SaaS or healthcare services environment is strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks, Sage Intacct) and Excel
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

• The Accounting Manager is responsible for leading Rialtic’s accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting, execution of AP/AR, and establishing scalable processes as the company grows
• This role serves as Rialtic’s accounting leader — overseeing compliance, internal controls, and audit readiness — and partnering with finance leadership to shape financial strategy and decision-making
• Own Rialtic’s month-end and year-end close calendar, ensuring accuracy and continuous improvement in close efficiency
• Establish and maintain accounting policies, procedures, and controls consistent with a high-growth SaaS environment
• Own revenue recognition and contract accounting policies under ASC 606
• Oversee the accounting, payable/receivable, payroll, and banking workstreams
• Maintain internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP or other applicable accounting standards
• Own the preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements for board and investor reporting
• Collaborate with FP&A on variance and trend analysis to support decision-making
• Prepare and present ad hoc financial reports, variance analyses, and forecasts for/to management
• Partner with finance leadership to develop budgets and monitor performance against them
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance and efficiency
• Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff
• Assign work, review performance, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Ensure proper training and adherence to internal policies and accounting standards
• Lead annual audit and tax filings, including preparation of audit schedules and coordination with external auditors
• Ensure ongoing compliance with tax, regulatory, and state nexus requirements
• Implement and maintain accounting systems and processes that support organizational growth
• Partner with the Engineering and Operations teams to automate accounting workflows and implement ERP enhancements
• Drive accounting system scalability in anticipation of company growth
• Evaluate and optimize accounting workflows for efficiency and scalability
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement system upgrades or automation initiatives
