Campaigns & Content Lead, Goodwall

• 3+ years of experience in campaign design, content creation, or storytelling
• A strong portfolio showing your approach to visual and narrative work
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, and motion/video tools
• You’re likely a successful creator yourself, familiar with YouTube, Instagram, or TikTok
• Understanding of youth culture and what resonates with Gen Z
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Data-driven and experienced in optimizing content based on performance
• Passionate about helping young people and creating meaningful impact

Desirable

• We’re looking for a Campaigns & Content Lead to define the planning, design, and execution of our in-app and branded partner campaigns
• You’ll ensure that our campaigns connect with a global Gen Z audience through thoughtful storytelling, strong visuals, and a deep understanding of both our users and partners
• You’ll work closely with internal teams, working with the Founders for guidance, and partners to develop and refine campaign ideas and see them through to delivery
• You’ll also collaborate with some of the world’s leading organizations, helping translate their goals into compelling campaign experiences for youth globally
• Lead the design, storytelling, and rollout of all campaigns across our in-app and branded channels
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters, and AI tools to develop campaign content
• Understand the needs of both our partners and youth audience
• Use data, user feedback, and A/B testing to refine and improve campaigns
• Translate partner goals into clear, engaging learning experiences
• Ensure visual consistency and tone across all campaign assets
• Monitor and optimize campaign performance
