What the job involves
- Our team is united by the shared purpose to create brighter financial futures for everyone, everywhere
- Working alongside our Production Assistants, you will share responsibility for uploading and checking all our content to our Content Management System (CMS), which will ensure all our users have access to clear, consistent, and relevant content to help them with their financial education journey
- Things move fast at nudge, and we are always learning. This means we need to stay agile meaning the responsibilities of a role are never set in stone
- Loading new content to our multi-language platforms via our CMS
- Selecting relevant and inclusive imagery suitable for each piece of content
- Reviewing content for accessibility (layout, alt text, readability)
- Audit and update content according to the specifications provided by the Heads of Regional Content
- Identify opportunities for enhancing efficiency and improving content production, feeding this back to the Head of Content Operations/Heads of Regional Content
- Providing feedback to the content team on preventable issues to improve the content loading process
- Identifying, flagging, and fixing any issues with content
- Ensuring all content follows our house style and brand guidelines
- Ensuring visual consistency across all our content
- Providing administrative support for the day-to-day operations of the content team
- Supporting other members of the content team with ad hoc tasks

By providing users with personalised guidance based on their goals, personality and lifestyle, Nudge maximises their chances of reaching their objectives. The company uses its proprietary technology that combines personal finance content, user information and behavioural psychology to send reminders and information to users, improving their financial skills and encouraging them to follow the financial plan.
Already counting the likes of Samsung, PayPal and Virgin Atlantic amongst their client base, Nudge aims to help companies improve the financial literacy of their employees as part of a wider effort to support wellbeing. With nearly 40% of adults across the OECD failing to understand a basic set of financial concepts, there is a growing need to educate individuals around their basic financial needs.
