• Experience: Proven track record of at least 3 years in business analysis or a similar role, with a focus on delivering process improvements and effective solutions
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of interpreting complex data and making data-driven recommendations
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), agile methodologies, and business analysis tools like JIRA or Trello
• Interpersonal Skills: Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business leaders
