Role
Who you are
- This is a hands-on role requiring working knowledge of data analysis, scripting, ETL, pipeline building, and report writing. This is also a leadership role requiring project management experience, preferably in an agile environment
- College degree in Business, Business Analytics or related quantitative field
- Project management experience, preferably in an agile environment. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Consulting experience - stakeholder management
- Strong business acumen - ability to identify and articulate key business reporting needs
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical colleagues
- Familiarity with digital advertising and ad spend measurement (preferred)
- Advanced SQL skills
- Experience with leading data visualization tools
- Understanding of ETL processes and general knowledge of data structures
- Experience with navigating complex datasets to help draw insights, educate others and instill confidence in your recommendations
What the job involves
- The Global Business Strategy & Operations (GBS&O) team is responsible for data procurement, data quality review, business analysis, and data visualization and reporting
- They equip sellers and leadership with comprehensive competitive intelligence utilizing third-party data and inhouse data analysis, enable internal strategies that increase buy-in potential by surfacing opportunities, and create an estimate of the advertising share of wallet in order to better understand the advertising landscape and trends, and enable data-driven strategic planning
- As an analyst on the team, you will utilize knowledge of the business, systems, and processes to work on data projects. You will work on advanced data modeling, dashboards, ad hoc requests, and just-in-time reporting and analysis to support important decisions
