Desirable

• We’re looking for someone to join our People & Culture team, as part of Workplace Experience – the team that helps make Cuvva a brilliant place to work
• You’ll be the go-to person for our CEO – keeping their diary in check, helping coordinate board meetings, and jumping into ad-hoc projects and research when needed
• You’ll also help keep the office running smoothly – making sure the kitchen’s stocked with fruit, snacks and drinks, handling post and deliveries, and keeping our desk booking tool, SeatSurfing, up to date
• You’ll be working closely with Charlotte (our Workplace Experience Manager), especially when we’ve got team events on the go
• On the tech side, you’ll take the lead on tracking and managing our office equipment, making sure AV is working smoothly, keeping on top of platform renewals (like Google Workspace), and being the friendly face who helps new joiners get set up
• You’ll also manage access to all our tools (like 1Password, Slack and Notion) and help solve tech issues as and when they pop up
• Diary management and scheduling support for our CEO
• Coordination of Board meetings
• Ad-hoc projects and research for CEO/ Leadership team
• Manage kitchen stock (milk, fruit, snacks, drinks)
• Handle post, deliveries and office access cards
• Act as a point of contact for any office facilities issues and raising a ticket
• Support Charlotte (Workplace Experience Manager) at team events
• Monitor the desk management tool, SeatSurfing, to ensure bookings are accurate
• Track all of our tech equipment
• Oversee AV in the office, ensure all equipment including TVs, microphones, speakers etc. are operating to a high standard
• Lead on all platform renewals (eg. Google Workspace)
• Answer tech-support tickets, find resolutions to queries and technical issues
• Manage access requests to all tools (eg. 1 Password, Slack, Notion)
• Google account management - file/folder access, gmail groups, etc
• Repurpose or sell laptops
• Onboard new joiners onto systems and get their equipment set up
• Collect equipment from leavers / close all accounts
