Who you are
- If you’re excited by experimentation, AI-driven marketing, and building scalable growth systems — this is your opportunity to make a defining impact
- 6–8+ years of experience in demand generation and website optimisation, ideally within B2B SaaS
- Proven track record of driving pipeline growth through paid media, SEO, and digital performance strategies
- Strong experience with ABM and intent platforms (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase, Influ2)
- Familiarity with AI-powered prospecting and enrichment tools (e.g. Seam AI, Clay or similar)
- Deep expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, GA4, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong WordPress experience and hands-on experience with CRO tools (e.g. VWO, Optimizely)
- Highly analytical with a strong experimentation mindset and focus on continuous optimisation
- Naturally curious about AI and emerging marketing technologies — always testing and learning
- A builder mentality: comfortable owning strategy while staying close to execution
What the job involves
- This is a high-impact leadership role where you will own and scale YOOBIC’s global demand generation engine and website performance strategy — directly influencing pipeline growth and revenue
- You won’t just optimise existing channels — you’ll redefine how modern B2B SaaS marketing works at YOOBIC. From AI-powered prospecting to advanced ABM and conversion optimisation, you’ll build a next-generation growth engine that connects marketing activity to commercial outcomes
- You’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution, working closely with Sales, SDRs, and RevOps to ensure demand generation is aligned, measurable, and driving real business impact
- Design and execute a multi-channel demand generation strategy across paid search, paid social, display, and emerging channels
- Drive measurable pipeline growth through high-quality acquisition and channel optimisation
- Leverage ABM and intent data platforms (e.g. 6sense, Demandbase, Influ2) to accelerate deal velocity and targeting precision
- Partner closely with SDR and Sales teams to align inbound and outbound strategies
- Own YOOBIC’s website strategy, ensuring it drives engagement, conversion, and pipeline impact
- Lead A/B and multivariate testing across landing pages, messaging, and UX
- Implement advanced personalisation strategies using behavioural and intent data
- Continuously improve SEO, AEO, and site performance to capture high-intent traffic
- Identify and deploy cutting-edge AI tools to enhance targeting, segmentation, and campaign performance
- Build scalable workflows for experimentation, content testing, and optimisation
- Stay ahead of B2B SaaS and AI marketing trends, translating them into competitive advantage
- Track and optimise key metrics including traffic, MQLs, SALs, pipeline influence, CAC, and conversion rates
- Partner with RevOps to connect marketing performance directly to revenue outcomes
- Use data-driven insights to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness

In a similar way to how Slack enables communication and task management in computer-based jobs, YOOBIC’s platform is tailored towards the front-line, deskless workforce. Beyond communication through its news feed and chat features, it also caters to HR and mobile-driven training, as well as task and inventory management.
