Role
Who you are
- You have over 6 years of experience in identifying growth marketing initiatives and matching them with experimentation opportunities to validate marketing frameworks. - You will have experience in startups, from early stage into scaleup. - You have experience in growing online marketplaces*** - You are familiar with and subscribe to lean and agile methodology.
- You're able to manage SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
- You're highly creative and have experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage and convert
- You can optimize landing pages and user funnels
- You are skilled in experimentation
- You are exceptionally competent using website analytics tools such as Mixpanel and Amplitude
- You have a working knowledge of Google Ads and social media advertising
- You have strong analytical skills
- You see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.
- You are a competent growth hacker, using product and non-paid methods to achieve our growth targets as a preference

What the job involves
- Developing and implementing comprehensive growth strategies grounded in data to expand our market share, increase revenue, and drive profitability
- Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs to fuel innovation and product development
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers and product teams to optimize customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction
- Analyzing market data, conducting market research, and leveraging customer insights to identify growth opportunities
- Overseeing marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and brand development to enhance our market presence and brand equity
- Establishing strategic partnerships and alliances to foster growth and expand our reach
- Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing effective measurement systems to track growth progress and ensure accountability
- Providing leadership and guidance to the growth team (which will include myself, one designer, and one engineer), fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement
