Who you are
- 3–5 years of HR experience, ideally in a high-growth or fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of employment law and best practice
- Previous experience handling or overseeing payroll processes
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders
- Proactive mindset with a drive to improve and streamline HR processes
- A people-first attitude and genuine interest in fostering a great team culture
What the job involves
- As an HR Business Partner at MrQ, you'll work closely with our teams to support the full employee lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic settings and is excited to help drive HR strategy as we grow
- Acting as a strategic partner to department heads, supporting workforce planning and team development
- Managing day-to-day HR operations and employee relations
- Leading or supporting performance review cycles, employee engagement initiatives, and development programs
- Overseeing and executing monthly payroll processes accurately and on time
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and internal policies
- Supporting recruitment efforts alongside our Talent team
- Continuously improving people processes as we scale
