• At Vestwell, our internship program is designed to provide participants with the knowledge, resources, and hands-on training necessary to understand the value of our product and gain meaningful, real-world experience
• Gain exposure to all of Vestwell’s product service lines that power our retirement savings platform
• Collaborate cross-functionally with stakeholders from various teams across the organization
• Showcase your work through a comprehensive portfolio of your final project
• Receive ongoing mentorship and guidance through regular check-ins with your assigned manager and mentor
• The majority of Vestwell’s interns will be based in our NYC office, with additional opportunities in our King of Prussia and Austin offices
• This is a 10-week intensive program, running from June 2 to August 8, 2025
• As a critical member of our finance team, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the billing and accounting department, specifically with bank reconciliations and collections
• Our finance teams play a vital role in managing our technical accounting functions while offering strategic advice and practical solutions. This team supports our development initiatives by forecasting, modeling, and establishing our financial strategy
• Additionally, they assist both Vestwell and our clients in complying with accounting regulations, enhancing the accuracy of financial reporting, and meeting independent audit standards

• It starts the same for every candidate: getting to know the team members through 1 - 2 conversations about Vestwell, your experience, and your interests
• Next steps can vary by role, but the usual next steps are a skill or experience screen (e.g. a coding interview for an Engineer, a portfolio review for a Designer, deeper experience call for other roles) which leads to a virtual or in-person interview panel after that if the screens go well
• Before making an offer, our interview process concludes with a references check stage for your recruiter to meet with a current or former supervisor and peer
