Role
Who you are
- An analytical mind with a knack for solving complex operational problems
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain data-driven insights clearly
- Strong leadership skills with a collaborative approach to stakeholder management
- Passion for driving efficiency and effectiveness in revenue operations processes
- 2–3 years of experience as a Senior Revenue Operations Manager or similar role in a B2B SaaS startup
- Deep understanding of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and revenue tools
- Strong proficiency in analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Excel)
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and processes effectively
What the job involves
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the revenue lifecycle, from lead generation to customer retention
- Oversee CRM and revenue tools, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, and customer success teams
- Analyze and report on key revenue metrics to drive data-informed decision-making
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks in operational processes across go-to-market teams
- Collaborate closely with leadership to align operational strategies with overall business goals
