What the job involves
- The teams ‘primary focus is to maintain and build a footprint of current client relationships through outbound prospecting, qualifying, and managing opportunities generated by our marketing team
- Additionally, this team will be facilitating net new business deals brought by our channel partners
- Hire, develop and manage the Business Development Representatives responsible for inbound and outbound sales engagements
- Motivate BDRs to meet and exceed goals through coaching and ongoing training
- Enhance processes to achieve meeting goals, report on metrics, and obtain KPIs
- Drive the business planning process
- Facilitate new processes, tools, communications, training, and methodologies to ensure the sales program's success across teams and departments throughout the company
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership to ensure the success of marketing campaigns
- Oversee resource planning, reporting, territories, incentives, and communications for the BDR team. Assist with sales efforts, as needed
- Oversee usage of team systems including Salesforce, SalesLoft, Zoom, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
