Who you are
- Educational Background: Completed education or degree in marketing, communication, or graphic design
- Experience: practical experience in digital marketing, digital advertising, social media campaigns, and content creation, including video
- Skills: Solid knowledge of performance metrics, SEO, keyword research, and strong understanding of branding, design, and UX principles
- Technical Proficiency: Mastery of graphic tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (particularly InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat) and the Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Word)
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, meticulous work style combined with creative, innovative thinking and a hands-on mentality
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in SaaS and/or the automotive industry is a plus
What the job involves
- This role serves as a crucial bridge between our product and marketing teams, collaborating to develop compelling content that drives sales and enhances our market presence
- Concept and Design Marketing Content across Channels: Create and visually enhance product marketing assets for various communication channels such as the website, customer portal, help center, online shop, social media, and newsletters
- Develop Targeted Marketing Materials: Collaborate in the creation and graphic design of content tailored to specific audiences, including whitepapers, infographics, learning/training materials, advertisements, and email campaigns
- Support Marketing Campaigns: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including SEO optimization, performance analysis, and reporting
- Implement Corporate Branding: Apply corporate branding across the product suite and develop templates and recurring graphic elements, plus image editing, illustrations, videos, and animations
- Produce Sales Materials: Help produce sales collateral such as product sheets, PowerPoint presentations, roll-out materials, demo videos, and more
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with the global marketing team (UX/Design, Website, Brand) and sales/product teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts

Vehicles are precision instruments, but without standardisation, identifying the exact part you need can be extremely difficult. TecAlliance was founded in 1994 to solve this problem, bringing together parts manufacturers to create a digital catalogue of everything automotive, and has since grown into a leading data analysis and order management platform for the aftermarket automotive industry.
The TecAlliance data hub standardises data for all parts and makes this information readily available for sellers, centralises official repair and maintenance workflows for easy access, and provides automation tools for invoicing and data quality checks. Compared to in-house solutions this represents huge savings in time and labour, and allows for greatly improved customer service. TecAlliance counts numerous major firms among its clients including AutoDoc, Bosch and Shaeffler to name a few.
TecAlliance continues to develop its product with strategic acquisitions, for instance, JNPSoft, a major product information software provider in North America. It is expanding its network of partners and subsidiaries and investing in data research to improve the effectiveness of its product range.
