- Have 5+ years of product management experience

- Know how to balance building for the long-term with delivering near-term wins for users

What the job involves
- We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a team focused on evaluating, designing, building and scaling Workflows at Webflow. This Product Manager will be critical to unlocking the next phase of growth for Webflow on one of the fastest growing parts of our business
- Advance the vision of Webflow’s workflow capabilities, ensuring it scales to our largest and most strategic customers
- Partner with a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, researchers and data scientists to execute on your roadmap and deliver impact
- Partner closely with other product and engineering teams to evangelize collaboration across the company
- In addition to the responsibilities outlined above, at Webflow we will support you in identifying where your interests and development opportunities lie and we'll help you incorporate them into your role
