- Understanding of API integrations and system architecture concepts

- Familiarity with telehealth or digital healthcare platforms
- Experience directly working on supply chain management systems, inventory management, or logistics platforms
- Understanding of medication handling, storage requirements, and regulatory compliance
What the job involves
- We are looking to hire a Senior Product Manager, Healthcare Operations to the product organisation
- You will be responsible for managing our Pharmacy, Supply Chain and Fulfilment Operations and will report to VP, Product Platform
- As the Senior Product Manager you'll work at the intersection of healthcare operations, pharmacy management, technology, and patient experience
- You'll lead initiatives in inventory management, delivery optimisation, pharmacy operations, fulfilment speed and accuracy that help scale our expanding treatment offerings across multiple geographies

- Define and execute the long-term product roadmap for Supply chain, pharmacy, and fulfilment systems
- Identify opportunities to improve Operational efficiency, Reduce costs, and Enhance patient experience
- Design and implement solutions for inventory management, fulfilment to support 100s of thousands of patients across multiple geographies
- Optimise Pharmacy operations and processes to ensure speed, accuracy, and timely delivery of healthcare products while adhering to regulatory requirements
- Support the scale and growth of our pharmacy network to support multiple lines of business across several geographies
- Data-Driven Decision Making
- Establish key metrics and goals for supply chain and pharmacy performance, including delivery times, inventory turnover, fulfillment accuracy, and patient satisfaction
- Analyse operational data & conduct user research to identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement
- Drive cross-functional alignment between operations, pharmacy, engineering, clinical, and commercial teams
- Collaborate with pharmacy teams to understand the pain points and opportunities
- Work with suppliers and logistics partners to measure and improve service levels
- Partner with engineering teams to build and enhance technology platforms
- Ensure all supply chain processes & systems comply with healthcare regulations and pharmacy operations standards
- Support audit and compliance activities related to medication handling and distribution

MANUAL is a digital healthcare clinic supporting patients with life-changing conditions such as hormonal imbalance, obesity, menopause and hair loss across the UK and Brazil. It does this with a blend of doctor-specialist services, prescription medication backed by science, and digital products informed by behavioural change.
It works to remove the stigma around health problems such as obesity, hormone imbalances and menopause through teleconsultations, testing, regular check-ins and a range of tools, supplements and medications to treat common issues like poor sleep, hair loss, erectile dysfunction and skin conditions. Originally focused solely on men's health, the service led a shift in attitudes among its customers, with about half the men using the service to treat more than one condition, indicating that they're not just seeking help for the worst health issue that they're experiencing. Since then it has opened its services to all genders with a hope to sift attitudes on a wider variety of health issues.
The company has raised an impressive amount of capital, most recently in 2024. And this funding is being used to expand its reach and enhance its services, particularly focussing on treatments for hormonal imbalance, obesity, and hair loss.
