What the job involves
- We are Resi, the UK’s largest residential architecture platform, using tech to transform the design and construction industry for homeowners. Our ambitions are huge; our mission is to bring peace-of-mind to millions of stressed renovators
- Marketing is essential to making that happen, and this role will help shape and implement both the strategies and the hacks that get us there
- Reporting into our VP of Marketing, you’ll work on everything from CRM and word-of-mouth programs, to press and comms
- You’ll bring vim and gusto to our everyday challenges, throwing all sorts of ideas against the wall to see what sticks, and with a laser focus on execution
- This is a hands-on, highly collaborative role—perfect for someone who loves to coordinate people, processes, and projects to get meaningful results
- CRM & Nurturing: Build and refine our CRM strategies to improve lead nurturing, customer retention, and overall engagement. You’ll develop and execute campaigns, track performance, and continually iterate for better outcomes
- Word-of-Mouth Initiatives: Own and innovate our referral and word-of-mouth marketing programs, turning enthusiastic clients into brand ambassadors
- Press & Comms: Coordinate our press releases, media outreach, and thought leadership strategy. You’ll manage relationships with journalists and ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand
- Process Optimisation: Develop and maintain project management processes, ensuring campaigns and initiatives are delivered on time and within budget. You’ll keep track of who’s doing what, when, and help the team stay focused on priorities
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Design, Product, and Operations teams to align marketing campaigns with company-wide goals. You’ll also manage external agencies and freelancers as needed
- Mentorship & Team Building: Serve as a mentor and guide to junior team members, nurturing their growth and ensuring they’re delivering their best work
- You’ll bring balance and process to the marketing function and act as the go-to person for operational excellence. You’ll also liaise closely with:
- Product & Design: Collaborate on product launches, user experience insights, and branding alignment
- Sales & Customer Success: Work together on lead generation, nurturing workflows, and customer feedback loops
- Architectural Designers & Surveyors: Understand our core service offerings, gather project stories and insights, and translate them into compelling marketing content
- External Agencies & Freelancers: Coordinate tasks and deliverables, ensuring all external work is timely, high-quality, and on-message

Our take
Resi is the UK’s largest residential architecture specialist. It aims to be a one-stop shop for those building or extending homes, offering 3D designs, acting as a planning agent, getting costs from builders and a broking service to fund the build. Originally called BuildPath, Resi also holds all the information about a project (from plans to quotes) for users online. Resi’s goal is to open up fast, affordable, high-quality architectural services for every UK home, helping people that are often left baffled by confusing prices and processes that seem to yield little or no result.
Alexandra Depledge’s first person experience convinced her to find a solution to a very common issue. In fact, lots of potential homeowners find it hard to visualise what a project would look like from 2D plans, and often end up arguing with contractors about what had been agreed and suffering endless delays. Depledge and co-founder Coleman found an industry with low productivity, dominated by small architecture firms and wanted to empower the consumer with more knowledge and education so that they could make informed decisions.
