What the job involves
- Please note that this is a 4 month fixed-term contract,
- With Intelligence is looking for a Content Support Executive for a 4 month FTC maternity cover to support the Content team with key tasks that contribute towards developing and executing high profile conferences targeting an audience of senior investment professionals
- This position will assist the Content team to oversee speaker management, update and maintain event websites, and help schedule speaker calls for a suite of annual legacy conferences
- You will also get the chance to work alongside our dedicated investor relations, marketing, delegate sales, sponsorship sales and event operations team members
- In this role you will not only gain exposure to career opportunities within the Content department, but also have the chance to evaluate future career opportunities across the company
- Keeping our internal systems updated with speaker registrations
- Updating and proofing the website and conference mobile app
- Organizing speaker preparation calls
