Role
Who you are
- At least 5 years of experience leading a highly technical product team and setting the product strategy for an innovative company
- Product management experience in B2B complex technical SaaS/Software or Data Platform
- Experience leading successful product launches
- Grounded in market/data first principles for creating product that aids in successful GTM motions, and is ideal prospect profile driven
- Solid track record of owning strategic, timely, and successful product launches
- Experience in growth stage start ups and/or helping companies complete the transition from early growth product to mature enterprise product offerings
- Strong background in visualizing and/or managing large data sets
- Innovative and forward looking

- Communication - Be able to effectively convey product vision to key team members and stakeholders and collaborating with cross-functional teams

What the job involves
- As our Head of Product, you will join our senior leadership team
- You will be in charge of overseeing the product development process from start to finish, as well as drive the product and engineering teams through successful launch of products, ensuring alignment with market needs and company objectives
- Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and vision, aligning the product roadmap and product goals with the Company’s overall goals, market trends, and customer needs
- Oversee product team to ensure successful development and launch activities
- Foster collaboration with engineering, product design, marketing, and other departments to ensure timely product execution, including product launches, development of go-to-market strategies, positioning, messaging, and pricing
- Analyze customer feedback to leverage growth opportunities
- Manage product performance to make data-driven decisions
- Keep an active pulse on the market by conducting competitive analysis and look at industry trends to ensure the product remains competitive while addressing evolving customer needs
