- 📚 Currently pursuing a Dutch law degree at University, either Bachelor's (third year) or Master's
- 📝 Exceptional written and oral communication skills in Dutch and English

- 🏢 Located in the Netherlands and available to work in our Amsterdam office for two days a week

What the job involves
- The Challenge:
- As an intern in our Legal team, you'll have the unique opportunity to actively support while learning a lot from our Legal Director, primarily in the realm of civil law. Your learning responsibilities will encompass drafting contracts, negotiating, and providing legal guidance to colleagues across various departments
- You'll gain valuable experience in drafting legal documentation, conducting research on case law and legislation, and handling complex negotiations with a focus on maintaining strong customer relationships and shared interests
- In this role, you'll be immersed in real-world legal practice, research, and knowledge-building. We encourage you to dive into challenging legal matters and offer your insights on topics requiring legal expertise. Your journey will involve getting acquainted with our clients, collaborating with our legal team, and becoming a valued member of our Legal department

- 🌟 Hands-On Legal Practice: Gain practical experience by actively supporting the Legal Director in daily legal activities, with a primary focus on civil law

- 📊 Database Management: Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Legal department's database, gaining knowledge in information management
- 📜 Legal Updates: Stay informed by reviewing, monitoring, and analyzing new and updated laws and regulations, and understanding their implications
- 🏢 Tech Company Insights: Gain insights into the daily operations of being a legal counsel within a dynamic tech company, broadening your understanding of the intersection of law and technology
- 📚 Privacy and IT Law Knowledge: If applicable, deepen your understanding of privacy law and IT law, which can be a valuable asset in the ever-evolving legal landscape

With this, it becomes increasingly important to secure the messaging infrastructure as these communication environments are less secure.

Zivver plans to continue adding other useful features to their product such as digital signatures, secure forms and secure video. It will invest its capital, backed by DN Capital and SmartFin, to continue market expansion in the UK as well as other international markets.
