Who you are

- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales/Marketing Ops, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, BI tools (Looker, Tableau, etc.), and automation platforms
- Strong analytical mindset—comfortable using data to drive decisions and improve processes
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to cross-functional work
- Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience supporting a channel or partner GTM motion
- Background in Customer Success or post-sale operations
- Familiarity with forecasting models, quota/territory design, and performance attribution
What the job involves
- We’re looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Manager to help scale and optimize our go-to-market engine. This role will support critical functions across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Channel Operations—owning high-impact projects that drive efficiency, accountability, and revenue growth
- You’ll be responsible for a wide set of responsibilities that sit at the intersection of process, data, systems, and insights
- Build and maintain systems to monitor customer health and trigger risk/expansion workflows to improve NDR
- Design and manage renewal and expansion automation to streamline post-sale motions and increase Customer Success efficiency
- Improve customer journey mapping and identify key operational gaps to reduce churn
- Implement feedback loops and NPS tracking for actionable insights to increase customer satisfaction and retention
- Build and maintain scalable dashboards to track customer performance metrics to improve visibility for leadership
- Partner with finance and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on revenue goals and forecasting accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement of forecasting models and methodologies based on performance and market changes
- Optimize and document sales processes to improve velocity, consistency, and rep productivity
- Collaborate with GTM teams to ensure seamless partner attribution and incentive tracking
- Validate Partner Commission Tracking
- Document detailed step-by-step workflows for all key RevOps processes, ensuring clarity, consistency, and easy reference
Our take
The benefits of having a partner program are huge - from the increased sales growth to reaching new markets, all the while keeping costs low. At the time PartnerStack was launched, there were no Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platforms offering to pay out partners, automate emails, track more than one conversion per customer, or run more than a single partner program.
PartnerStack was built as a partnerships platform aimed at supporting B2B SaaS companies in building and scaling their partner channels. As the only PRM platform built specifically for this market segment it has proven to be popular and their client list includes Vimeo, DoorDash and Freshworks, to name a few.
Despite an impressive level of investment funding, PartnerStack struggled somewhat with the market turmoil across 2022 and 2023. After making substantial cuts to its workforce it is now better aligned for current market conditions and is well positioned to resume its growth.
