Role
Who you are
- Right to Work in the UK
- Proven success owning and maintaining a product roadmap
- Strong understanding of agile processes, sprints, and iterative development
- Strong experience with prototyping tools such as Figma (must be able to review, comment, and collaborate effectively with Design)
Desirable
- Previous experience in SaaS, PropTech and/or start up environments
- Understanding of the UK property/land market would be a huge plus
- Technical familiarity (APIs, QA processes, data platforms, or engineering workflows) – not essential but valuable
What the job involves
- Own and maintain a clear, prioritised product roadmap with a rolling 3-month visibility
- Make data-driven decisions on new features and improvements, balancing short-term needs with long-term strategy
- Stay closely aligned with market trends, competitors, and the evolving PropTech landscape
- Build a structured feedback loop with Customer Success and Design to inform product decisions
- Regularly engage with users to understand pain points, validate assumptions, and ensure releases deliver measurable value
- Act as the connector between sales, marketing, customer success, engineering, and design
- Translate user needs and business priorities into clear, actionable requirements
- Collaborate closely with our Senior Full Stack Engineer on scoping, technical feasibility, and delivery timelines
- Work with engineering and design in weekly sprints to ship high-quality features consistently
- Use Figma and similar tools to review, prototype, and refine product solutions
- Ensure communication is smooth and transparent across all teams involved in releases
- Know when to push back, when to adapt, and how to balance competing perspectives
- Keep the team aligned, informed, and moving in the same direction

SearchLand’s platform allows property developers to source off market sites by linking disparate data such as ownership information, planning records, local policy restraints, and prices, then contact landowners directly.
While there are a few platforms with this depth of information available, SearchLand is banking on its searchability to set it apart, letting users search only for plots that meet their criteria if they wish.
Launched in 2021, SearchLand’s emergence comes at a time when the property market is under increasing pressure to become more tech and data driven, and investment in Proptech skyrocketing. Indeed, SearchLand has recently secured funding itself in a bid to drive sales of its nascent platform.
