  • 6+ years of experience managing a pipeline & driving revenue within a digital advertising technology organization
  • 6+ years of experience managing multinational clients, strong negotiation skills and the ability to present effectively and close the deal

What the job involves

  • We are seeking an outstanding Seller to support export business opportunities across the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE), Israel and Turkey region, partnering closely with our sales partners for execution
  • This role is pivotal in expanding Spotify's presence and impact in the region, driving revenue growth and fostering strategic relationships
  • Focus on consultative selling, educating, and inspiring our clients in the CEE, Israel and Turkey region to use Spotify to enhance their business objectives
  • Proactively source and engage customer relationships across the CEE, Israel and Turkey region to build future pipelines and capitalize on export business opportunities
  • Develop and coordinate effective sales propositions and practices for client interactions, sales, and services. Adapt to platform and ad product innovations by preparing key data, historical findings, and relevant research
  • Meet and exceed advertising revenue goals by taking ownership and applying an entrepreneurial approach to drive growth in the CEE, Israel and Turkey region
  • Develop strategic insights and perform basic performance reporting for the CEE, Israel and Turkey markets. Analyze campaign performance statistics and recommend enhancements to improve results
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of Spotify products and developments. Use this knowledge to identify cross-selling opportunities aligned with customer business goals
  • Track a high volume of complex conversations within the CEE, Israel and Turkey region, utilizing software tools to prioritize activities and engagements
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to drive holistic strategies for the CEE, Israel and Turkey region. Contribute to platform maintenance and efficiency as needed
