What the job involves
- This role will be building internal operations functions from 0 to 1 across the business
- The role will be shaped depending on your skill set, but will include some combination of people operations, facilities / SCIF strategy, product operations, and marketing,
- Over the last 18 months, we’ve experienced a lot of growth, >10xing our revenue and ~3xing our customer base
- We raised >$90M of venture capital and became profitable. At the same time, our internal operations functions are relatively immature, and your job will be critical to building the foundation needed to support growth
- People operations - stand up people operations function, including standing up performance reviews, manager training, promotion / raise theory, etc
- Defense specific operations – figure out our SCIF facilities strategy and implement the initial phases of it
- Other high priority internal operations projects as necessary
