Who you are

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering
Proven experience working as a Python Engineer, preferably in a senior or lead role
Strong proficiency in Python and its frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask), including knowledge of asynchronous programming
Solid understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
Proficiency in version control systems (e.g., Git) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker) and orchestration tools (e.g., Kubernetes) is a plus
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment

What the job involves

We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Engineer to join our development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Python-based applications that meet the needs of our clients
Design, develop, and maintain Python-based applications, libraries and services to meet product requirements
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standards
Perform thorough code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, scalability issues, and other technical challenges
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Python and related technologies
Collaborate with DevOps teams to ensure smooth deployment and operation of applications
Work closely with our data science/AI researchers to solve trust in AI
Continuously improve software development processes and contribute to the overall technical strategy of the organization
