Role
Who you are
- 3+ years of general implementation management experience
- Previous hands-on experience managing complex projects
- Experience using project tracking tools (i.e. Jira, G suite, SharePoint, etc..)
- Excellent organizational skills demonstrated by managing multiple priorities/projects
- Excellent interpersonal skills demonstrated by ability to lead client and internal team through the project lifecycle process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills by activities performed in current or previous positions
- Demonstrated poise in public speaking situations (client presentations, kickoff meetings, executive presentations etc..)
What the job involves
- Develop a thorough understanding of client business requirements, and plan implementation projects with these needs in mind
- Set and manage client expectations, and clearly communicate Implementation Project Plan, key deliverables and timelines, and client roles and responsibilities
- Manage, track and communicate the progress of several concurrent client implementation projects
- Ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and implementation project roadblocks
- Acquire signoff of key deliverables from clients as required, such as preliminary and final data review forms
