Who you are

Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the sports betting or gaming industry
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, including email marketing platforms, CRM systems, and content management systems
Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing content and press releases
Experience managing marketing budgets and developing strategic marketing plans
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously

What the job involves

Reporting directly to the Global B2B Sales Director, you'll closely collaborate with the Commercial team and the wider B2B Division to execute strategic marketing initiatives and enhance our brand presence in the global sports betting market
As the owner of the Marketing area in our B2B Division, you'll have the chance to directly shape strategy and be involved at all levels of marketing output. The role offers occasional travel to industry events in locations like Barcelona and Lisbon, along with flexible working (currently 1 day per week in our London HQ)
You'll also have the opportunity to ideate and own a new industry-leading event, working in a globally facing role
This role involves managing all Marketing channels for our B2B division, focusing on how we globally market ourselves for the sales of B2B content and technology services. Our target audience includes iGaming professionals such as sportsbooks, affiliates, media companies, rights holders, and platform suppliers
We aim to convince them to use content or content-based products to enhance their solutions, driving customer engagement and ultimately increasing turnover
Organise company events and coordinate global conference attendance to showcase our products and services, including travel to industry events in locations like Barcelona and Lisbon
Create compelling press releases to communicate key company updates, product launches, and industry insights. Distribute press releases effectively to relevant media outlets
Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, corporate website, and weekly newsletter to ensure consistent and engaging communication with our target audience. Maximise opportunities for data capture and ensure all relevant new business leads are delivered to the appropriate commercial teams
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to play a key role in product positioning, messaging to the market, and the development of marketing collateral. Ensure that all high-level communication platforms reflect this and are regularly updated
Take ownership of the B2B marketing budget and develop strategic campaign plans to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives. Be proactive in challenging and regularly reviewing expenditures, as well as communicating innovative ideas to the wider business
Oversee the creation, management, and distribution of inbound content such as blog posts, whitepapers, and case studies to attract and engage prospects
Manage and maintain the B2B CRM database, ensuring data accuracy and utilising it effectively for targeted marketing campaigns. Drive lead generation efforts through the execution of mass mailers and other targeted marketing initiatives to nurture prospects and convert them into customers
