What the job involves

The Summer 2025 Legal Internship at adMarketplace offers law students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the legal department, focusing on commercial transactions, advertising, labor and employment, privacy, international law and compliance matters.
It is the perfect role for a law student hoping to work with tech companies as a law firm associate or as an in-house counsel later in their careers
As a Legal Intern at adMarketplace, you will gain hands-on experience by assisting with legal research, template drafting, and vendor contract review
Conduct legal research on a variety of topics including international, privacy and employment law and prepare memorandums and other written analysis
Draft and update legal templates, including NDAs, partnership agreements, and other standard contracts
Assisting adMarketplace’s legal team with contract review and other legal matters
Setting up legal operations processes that help the company move frictionlessly
