Role
Who you are
- Minimum of 4 years of work experience as a data/product analyst
- Experience in leading a team of data analysts of any size
- Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Tableau
- Experience in planning data structures for new products and features
- Strong knowledge of Python (Pandas, Numpy, Statsmodels, Matplotlib, etc.)
- Experience in product analytics in fintech is a plus
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in designing and conducting A/B tests is a must
- Strong quantitative skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and recommend solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with business and product teams. At least an upper-intermediate level of English proficiency is required
- Passionate about the quality of the products your team would deliver
What the job involves
- We are looking for a Lead Product Analyst to contribute to the evolution of Tabby
- The Product Analyst will work with our B2C Financial Products team on the set of financial products for the B2C segment
- Lead a team of product analysts to provide support to the product and business teams across all aspects of their work
- Generate hypotheses, conduct research and A/B tests, and present your findings in a clear and compelling manner that highlights the importance of your insights
- Regularly work with several stakeholders, including product and marketing teams, on fundamental research as well as on one-time requests
- Support and monitor existing metrics for the Financial Products, identify areas for improvement and develop new metrics that inform decision-making across the organization
- Develop data visualizations and reports that are both informative and easily understood by business and product teams
- Assist in the planning of necessary data structures and data quality improvements

Buy-now-pay-later (BNPL) purchases have been rising in popularity for years, with a number of companies springing up to facilitate split-payment shopping. Tabby is one such company, offering Shariah-compliant buy-now-pay-later options through its mobile app, meaning consumers can shop at a range of stores and split their purchase between four interest-free payments.
For stores, using Tabby means offering their customers more flexible payment options, no matter the purchase channel, which can positively affect store loyalty and boost repeat purchases. They also gain access to the hundreds of thousands of shoppers already using the app, as Tabby runs co-marketing campaigns with its retail partners.
Managing upwards of $6 billion in transaction volume annually, and boasting the likes of Shein, Ikea and Adidas amongst its clientele, it is clear that Tabby is doing something right. It has secured a substantial funding round ahead of a planned IPO, and plans to invest in continued expansion of its financial services and shopping products.
