Founder's Associate, Mindstep

• Has 1+ years background in a highly analytical role, ideally with experience in start-ups
• Has strong organisational and analytical skills, is detail oriented, and can own tasks
• Is willing to work hard and do non-glamourous tasks to help the co-founders. This job is ideal for individuals who are looking to found their own start-up, as it gives you quick and deep access to the senior leadership team.
• Has excellent verbal and written C-level communication skills, able to confidently communicate with and present to different stakeholders and investors
• Can consider and advise on confidential matters, maintaining a high-level of discretion
• Expertise in GSuite and Excel
• Proficiency in financial modelling and business analysis

Desirable

• Build financial plans, analyse and manage accounts, and prepare financial reports
• The level of work that the FA will do is limited only by their capabilities
• Audit internal standards and practices against evolving industry standards
• Work directly with the CEO and COO to best prioritise and make the most efficient use of their time to deliver on strategic priorities of the business, including leading special projects driven by the co-founders.
• Track company progress against defined OKRs to prepare and compile reports and decks for the SLT, internal all-hands, investors, and the Board of DIrector
• Embody our culture and coordinate office management, socials, and team morale
• Identify, develop, and execute functional strategies to (a) improve operational efficiency; (b) implement and deliver mission-critical people processes; (c) scale HR plans
• Support the Founders with ad hoc tasks across the business
