Who you are
- Are you a top-tier sales hunter who thrives in a startup environment, has enterprise experience, and consistently delivers results?
- Proven results as a top performer consistently exceeding quota
- Accomplished seller with minimum 3+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience and a strong record of sourcing and closing new business
- Strategic, independent self-starter with a no-excuses mindset and strong presentation skills
- Highly motivated, coachable, and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Must be based on the East Coast and able to visit in NYC office as required
- Experience in HR tech is preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50%
What the job involves
- Gloat is seeking a Proven, Coachable, and Driven Account Executive to spearhead new logo acquisition and expansion with Fortune 1000 clients at the enterprise level
- You will own the full sales cycle, from self-sourced pipeline generation to closing multi-year contracts

- Gloat provides the systematic blueprint and the orchestration engine that solves the immediate crisis of clarity and execution, helping Fortune 1000s avoid wasting billions and build competitive advantage. You will be selling the must-have solution that moves organizations from strategic paralysis to scaled, measurable AI adoption, directly fueling our next growth phase through a clear, repeatable, and deeply impactful land-and-expand motion
- This is an opportunity to sell a solution with clear urgency, massive budgets, and a truly compounding value proposition
- Own the full sales cycle - from sourcing pipeline opportunities to closing complex, multi-year enterprise deals
- Build and grow your territory pipeline through self-sourcing, attending events, and partnering with your SDR
- Deliver impactful presentations and drive expansion within existing enterprise accounts
- Represent Gloat as a trusted advisor to Fortune 1000 clients and help them achieve scaled AI transformation
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Customer Success, and Product teams to deliver value and exceed goals
