Role
Who you are
- You have previous experience in telco or network domain (must have!)
- You have extensive experience in Testing to be able to drive test automation initiatives
- You possess programming skills in languages such as TS, Python or Go
- You have experience in developing and maintaining test automation frameworks
- You are familiar with agile methodologies and software development life cycle
- You have CI/CD knowledge (ideally - gitlab pipelines)
- You are familiar with Kubernetes and AWS
What the job involves
- Join our 1CORE team, which is developing AWS-native nodes for the telco core network. Our applications handle high network loads, and we're seeking a skilled Test Automation Engineer (all) to assist us in building an automated testing environment
- As part of our open team with a horizontal structure, you'll have the chance to influence decisions alongside other team members. You'll be able to create testing solutions from scratch, as well as modify and enhance existing ones
- In addition, to ensure a T-shaped skill set, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to other project areas
- You design and implement automated test scripts using own and industry standard tools (including TRex traffic generator, dsTest)
- You develop and maintain automation frameworks for performance, load, functional, E2E smoke testing
- You collaborate with developers and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues
- You continuously improve testing processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness
- You analyze test results and provide feedback to developers to help improve product quality
- You participate in peer code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for test automation

In the immediate future, 1NCE will develop this offering and expand its marketing efforts as it grows into a major player in an industry that it is rapidly disrupting.
