What the job involves
- As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you’ll directly contribute to Rewatch’s growth and culture, helping drive engagement and excitement with prospective customers
- On the agenda is setting an outstanding first impression - on video, over email, by phone, or in-person
- Achieve and exceed your monthly metrics by securing qualified meetings with prospects that lead to viable sales opportunities. The best of these opportunities will become Rewatch customers
- Create, design and execute engaging outreach campaigns to target prospects with the goal of securing a sales meeting. Consistently testing and iterating on messaging and tactics
- Generate new sales leads through a mixture of outbound phone and email prospecting, following up on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries. Working quickly to qualify leads (or disqualify) to help drive conversion of leads to opportunities
- Meet and exceed daily expectations of outreach via phone and email
- Share feedback across the company to surface customer feedback and ensure processes are optimized
- Manage and maintain data integrity in Salesforce
