What the job involves
- As the Global Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for leading and managing our global sales team and driving revenue growth
- You will work with the executive leadership team to develop and implement sales strategies, build strong customer relationships, and establish our company as a key player in the electric vehicle software market
- Develop and execute the global sales strategy in alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Build and lead a high-performing sales team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to drive exceptional sales performance
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization, implementing best practices, processes, and tools to optimize sales efficiency and effectiveness
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate closely with the product development team to understand customer needs, drive product enhancements, and ensure market competitiveness
- Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify potential risks and opportunities for our business
- Develop and manage sales forecasts, budgets, and sales targets, regularly reporting on progress and performance to the executive leadership team
- Stay up-to-date with industry advancements, technological innovations, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations
