AI Strategy & Transformation Lead, Circle

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience driving AI adoption and transformation in a corporate environment
• Strong change management and organizational transformation experience
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to engage diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to build cross-functional relationships and lead projects

Desirable

• As a key partner to the Chief AI Officer (CAO), you will champion AI-driven transformation across Circle. You will drive awareness, education, and adoption of AI tools, ensuring alignment with the CAO’s strategic vision. Through cross-functional collaboration, you will help integrate AI into existing workflows, champion cultural change, and remove barriers to adoption
• Assist the CAO in implementing the AI strategy, translating vision into actionable initiatives
• Advocate for AI adoption by coordinating workshops, seminars, and executive briefings
• Develop and share success stories that highlight impactful AI use cases
• Partner with the Talent team to embed AI literacy into training and development programs
• Collaborate with IT, data science, and business units to align AI opportunities with corporate objectives
• Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams to ensure AI concepts are clearly communicated
• Support leadership with materials and presentations that drive AI-related decision-making
