Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, Exabeam

• 5+ years of experience with modern Business Intelligence tools (DOMO, PowerBI)
• 5+ years of experience in designing and building dashboards and reports
• Advanced Google Sheet or Microsoft Excel skills
• Proven experience combining data from multiple sources to produce reports and analysis
• Proven experience managing master data within a CRM program (Salesforce CRM preferred)
• Ability to effectively communicate the output of dashboards, reports, and analysis to management
• Curious and continuous learning mindset
• Strong drive for rigor, discipline tools and data hygiene
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to travel 5%

Desirable

• As the Customer Success Operations Senior Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for development of data collection, preparation, and Business Intelligence (BI) reporting solution
• You will work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop a scalable Customer Success data and reporting strategy
• This position is an internal-facing remote role with occasional travel, interacting with stakeholders across the Customer Success Organization
• Manage and maintain clean and robust Customer Success and other relevant data
• Design, develop, and maintain purpose-built dashboards and insights that provide the information needed for executives to first line management
• Rationalize existing reports and dashboards to provide a consistent understanding of the business by all colleagues
• Provide actionable insights on performance vs goal assessments and advise management on recommendations to improve business results
• Assist management and other colleagues with interpreting dashboards and reports
• Create ad hoc reports (potentially integrating data from multiple sources) to address the one-off information needs of the business as they arise
• Present updates (written and/or verbal) on business results using insights from dashboards, reports, and/or ad-hoc analysis
• Schedule and deliver recurring reports to service the needs of various constituents including organizational management and operations
