What the job involves
- As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a SMB Executive to join our successful Global SMB team to manage our customers in small businesses around the world
- Reporting To: Travis Campbell
- Effectively manage the inbound lead flow and execute outbound prospecting initiatives using a variety of written and verbal communication across multiple channels
- Think outside the box to continually experiment with new and creative ways to reach and connect with potential customers
- Manage, track, and report on all activities and results using Salesforce, including email and call logging
- Build early-stage pipeline reporting, with qualitative and quantitative analysis, to understand the progress of activities against reaching defined goals
- Host live demo webinars for potential customers across multiple time zones
- Create video content and email templates for one-to-many communications

With email and intranet systems entrenched in both legacy and startup companies, Exclaimer has a market built into its Microsoft and Google-compatible software. It has also capitalised on the use of personalised signatures and brands for email marketing and data collating, with customers including the likes of Sony, Bank of America, and the BBC.
Exclaimer’s USP is its easy-to-use design tools that allow businesses to create and tailor for team-specific purposes their own footers through a centralised dashboard. With substantial funding awarded in 2020, Exclaimer continues to develop its product suite for the cloud and expand its global footprint, thus keeping up with younger competitors.
