Role
Who you are
- 1-2 years experience as a BDR or MDR at a SaaS company ideally, but we will also look at candidates with consultative sales or customer success backgrounds
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strategic mindset, this is not a fire and forget role!
- Experience being held to metrics, quota and surpassing targets
- Motivation, drive and self-starting attitude
- Ability to work in a fast paced, high-results driven environment
- A high character individual able to mesh well with a super friendly culture
- Extra points for experience using Hubspot and prospecting tools!
What the job involves
- Drive qualified sales opportunities and meet quota
- Follow up with and qualify global inbound leads
- Develop nurture flows to re-engage leads
- Develop nurture flows for intent engagements
- Develop qualification for inbounds to ensure future MDRs are working in the same way
- Collaborate with wider team with innovative and strategic approaches
- Efficiently use Hubspot and other tools to research accounts, identify key contacts and reach out to prospective customers
- Effectively use Hubspot to track activity and results
- Develop strong relationships across the marketing and sales departments
- Working with the relevant stakeholders to expand our ICP through research, testing and documentation
- You will work closely with various members of the marketing team to own marketing Inbound leads and your own nurture and follow up cadences to ensure success
- Your goal is to create qualified sales accepted opportunities the same as a BDR would, but the only difference is that you are being given the golden marketing leads!
Our take
The spam and mass nature of some revenue-driven marketing is often off-putting, and is certainly not the most efficient way to build corporate relationships. Reachdesk's founders wanted to create a better way for revenue-based marketers to reach their audience.
The company provides an integrated direct mail and corporate gifting system which aims to allow companies to analyze and scale the ROI of their direct mail services. Reachdesk achieves this by integrating offline channels to a company's existing marketing stack, giving clients peace of mind that their cash flow is spent on high-returns.
The funding raised to date is planned to be invested in realizing their sustainable approach to gifting whilst also continuing to promote their customer service features and increasing product development through the growth of marketing, operations and commercial teams, according to CEO Temy Mancusi-Ungaro.
