Senior Financial Analyst, Roku

• 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related analytical role
• Strong financial modeling skills — you're fluent in Excel and comfortable building models from scratch
• Experience with variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Clear communicator who can translate numbers into business insights for non-finance audiences
• Intellectually curious — you dig into the "why" behind the numbers, not just the "what"
• Self-directed and comfortable with ambiguity; this is a growing business with evolving scope
• Genuine interest in how AI and automation are changing knowledge work — you don't need to be an expert, but you should be experimenting
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field preferred

• Roku's FP&A team is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to own the financial planning, reporting, and forecasting for Frndly TV, a Roku owned and operated streaming service
• You'll be the primary finance partner for the Frndly TV business — building the models, tracking performance, and delivering the analysis that drives decisions on subscriber growth, content economics, and profitability

• Own the financial forecasting and budgeting process for Frndly TV, including revenue, subscriber metrics, content costs, and operating expenses
• Deliver monthly and quarterly variance analyses — explain what happened, why it matters, and what to do about it
• Build and maintain financial models that inform pricing, content investment, and growth strategy decisions
• Conduct ROI analyses on proposed initiatives, translating business cases into clear financial frameworks
• Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Content, Marketing) to provide financial perspective and support strategic planning
• Identify ways to improve the speed, accuracy, and usefulness of financial reporting — including leveraging AI and automation tools to streamline workflows
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership with clarity and confidence
