Our take
Softcat has been providing corporate and public clients with IT infrastructure for over 25 years. Since then, they have grown into a billion-pound company.
Softcat offers a range of services aimed to help customers in three key areas: the workplace, networking and security, and datacentre and infrastructure.
Their customers include big name corporate clients such as Virgin Money, as well as public sector organisations and educational institutions. They are also partnered with the likes of Apple, Dell and Adobe.
In 2020, Softcat defied market expectations and saw a considerable revenue increase and a high EPS growth. Softact has grown its EPS by 23% every year for the last three years. With the increase in global employees working remotely, Software has worked hard to provide its clients with on-demand access to secure and optimised date - a business essential in today's climate. They have also recognised that End User Computing & Mobility is the main priority for public sector clients, and have adjusted accordingly.
