Who you are
- You have 7+ years product management experience within top-tier product orgs or fast growing venture-backed start-ups
- You have experience with b2b SaaS business models and are fluent in enterprise + product-led growth sales motions
- You’re able to identify and communicate long-term product vision in an inspiring way. You determine opportunities and threats through comprehensive analysis of current and future trends
- You have high personal standards, both ethically and performance-related, and expect the same from your team
- You are organized and able to plan, schedule, and budget in a methodical, productive manner. You know how to proactively identify and focus on the key priorities
- You are an exceptional communicator, both in written and verbal mediums. You can build consensus and relationships amongst managers, partners, customers, and employees
- You develop your team to improve performance and prepare them for future roles and career growth
- You are comfortable and experienced with cross-group collaboration, managing different stakeholders’ points of view, and clearly and confidently communicating your ultimate product decisions
- You are eager and enthusiastic to dive quickly and deeply into electronic parts and electronic design workflows - you may have experience with, or are drawn to, complex systems
- You are empathetic and have a demonstrated ability to understand users, your team, and other stakeholders, and speak their language
What the job involves
- You will be responsible for establishing yourself as the product subject matter expert within Copia, by refining a vision for the product that cascades into a clearly defined and communicated strategy, roadmap and annual/quarterly OKRs
- You establish a best in class product organization, with roles and responsibilities across your team that align with execution against the product strategy and roadmap. You will level up your team’s productivity and impact by: 1) Establishing a product culture with a set of values and rituals reflective of best practices at established software technology organizations. 2) Implementing a philosophy and framework for performance improvement and career development within the product organization: one that connects personal growth to impact in the product strategy and roadmap
- You will be responsible for implementing an effective and impactful cross-departmental collaboration program
- You will establish trust with leadership across key functions, (your co-leaders, and Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and Data), proving Product’s ability to contribute to solving problems and realizing opportunities within Copia. You will implement standard processes and cadences that formalize and reinforce cross-departmental collaboration
