What the job involves

Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer and leading a team of 5 global HR Operations’ professionals, you will act as part of the wider People leadership team
You will provide the necessary tools and processes to the People function to enable them to support employees and managers in building high-performing teams and delivering key business outcomes!
Define and develop the end-to-end HR processes for new starters, change, and leavers
Handle all necessary documentation and employee data management
Collaborate with finance on budgeting, pay, and benefits
Provide operational support on probation, performance, and succession planning
Maintain HRIS and identify opportunities for process automation
Report on employee data and metrics to inform business decisions
Develop and maintain global and local HR policies aligned with best practices and compliance
Work with finance and payroll to streamline payroll processes
