What the job involves

TigerData is hiring an Associate Recruiter who wants to learn fast, do meaningful work, and grow their recruiting career over time
In this role, you’ll own the details that make our hiring engine run: reviewing resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, sourcing, and helping us build better systems
You’ll report to our Senior Recruiting Manager and partner closely with the recruiting team to level up how we find, engage, and hire top talent
Review inbound applications and identify high-potential candidates for a variety of roles across the organization
Schedule interviews with speed, polish, and accuracy across multiple time zones
Support early-stage sourcing and outreach
Keep candidate records and recruiting systems clean and up to date
Improve internal workflows, data hygiene, and scheduling processes
Run searches across functions like GTM, product, engineering, and design
