Our take
Web-based telemedicine platform doxy.me is on a mission to break down the barriers to virtual care - which has been a huge breakthrough for those who can access it. The company allows healthcare providers and organizations to more easily provide virtual care to patients, making it accessible to everyone.
Hoping to help bridge access gaps in healthcare, doxy.me's platform is both free to use and HIPAA-compliant. This is stand-out feature in the crowded telemedicine space, as only a few platforms boast this feature. It is also useable on any device, in line with the company's hyper-focus on accessibility.
Localized in 100 languages, and offering interpreting in over 240, doxy.me is also useable across the globe. As telemedicine becomes more popular, and better equipped to replace more facets of in-person care, the company is well-positioned to both support and benefit from this evolution in medicine.
